Bed and Breakfast Accommodations
We have four rooms, each with it's own large ensuite bathroom. All the rooms have Queen beds with eurofoam toppers. The main difference in the prices is the size of the rooms and Clementines, in addition, has a very comfortable futon couch which makes into a queen bed. All the rooms except La Trinidad have their own small refrigerators. We serve a very limited breakfast of Yuban coffee, fresh orange juice and bolilos (rolls) from the french bakery in Santa Rosalia. Really just something to get you started. Guests have full use of our large very well equipped kitchen and if you are a coffee fanatic we have a small coffee grinder that you can grind your own beans with. There is a weber gas grill for your use. You have wireless internet. There is an extra charge of $5 per night for more than two guests in a room
The whole B&B is also available as a vacation rental without the breakfast for $900 weekly.
There is IVA tax of 10%, this is most similar to a european value added tax, and lodging tax of 4%.
